  • Medical Massage for Cancer Patients
    During massage specific to cancer patients, a patient, physician and massage therapist develop an individualized appropriate treatment plan. Skillful massage is tailored to meet each patients unique needs and can provide a reduction in pain and increased circulation, improved immune functon and reduced anxiety.

  • Myofascial Release
    Myofasical release utilizes gentle kneading manipulation that softly stretches, softens, lengthens and realigns.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy and Facilitation
    Neuromuscular Therapy and Facilitation identifies soft tissue abnormalities and at the same time, manipulates the soft tissue to normalize its function. NMT reduces pain, tension and postural imbalance, lengthens and strengthens tissues.

Jeff Fisher is a certified Medical Massage therapist trained at Blue Heron Academy out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is a member of the International Massage Association. Jeff has also completed training in Meidical Massage for Cancer Patients at the nationally acclaimed Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. In addition to targeting specific physical conditions, Jeff is also trained to help enhance the emotional and psychological benefits of massage therapy.
